French artist based in Barcelona Miss Van is in London for his exhibition "Glamorous Darkness" at Stolen Space Gallery until june 1st with American artist Olek for his exhibition "Let's not get caught, let's keep going" at the same place. Miss Van releases two news prints "Black eyes on sepia" and "Las gorditas de Chicharrón"./

Miss van vient de sortir 2 nouvelles sérigraphies "Black eyes on sepia" et "Las gorditas de Chicharrón"./

French artist Miss Van will begin a new exhibition "Glamorous Darkness" in London @ Stolen Space Gallery in Brick Lane from may 9th to june 1st. American artist Olek will exhibit too with "Let's Not Get Caught, Let's Keep Going" at the same period. Having previously collaborated on public artworks, and exhibited together in many group shows across the world, the gallery offer to these artists the opportunity to produce their first two-person show. The concept behind these coinciding shows was born from the personal relationship between these two artists and their strong bond of friendship and mutual creative admiration. For these exhibitions, Miss Van and Olek have chosen to work with a subject that features prominently in both of their artworks : Masks

L'artiste Française Miss Van commencera une nouvelle exposition "Glamorous Darkness" à la Stolen Space Gallery de Londres à Brick Lane du 9 mai au 1er juin. L'artiste Américaine Olek exposera en même temps "Let's Not Get Caught, Let's Keep Going". Après avoir collaboré ensemble par le passé et exposé ensemble dans beaucoup d'expositions collectives, la galerie leur a donné l'opportunité de produire leur premier show en duo. Le concept est né de leur amitié et de leur admiration l'une pour l'autre. Pour cette exposition, les artistes ont choisi de travailler sur un sujet ayant une place importante dans leurs oeuvres respectives : les masques./
